How do I Install Pramati Server Remotely on Unix?

System administrators often have to maintain remotely located servers. To install Pramati Server remotely on Unix, you first need to connect to that remote server. This can be done by using a telnet or an SSH client. To install the Server:

• Get the executable PServer<version_no>.jar of the Server from the website or from the CD and change directory to the location of the file.
• Run the following command and provide the information required:

>java -jar PServer<version_no>.jar -cmdLine
Enter your name
(the licensee name here)
Enter your key
(license key here)
Enter Install Directory
(enter /path/to/install_dir/)
Enter Java Home
(enter /path/to/jdk_home)
