How do I set up J2EE Clusters?

Follow the general instruction for setting up a cluster node as summarized here:

• Create the Node Directory and copy the configuration files required for the J2EE node as mentioned in Configuring J2EE Server Cluster Using XMLs.
• Add cluster declaration in server-config.xml. Make sure that EJB, Web, or BOTH is enabled and the Message Server is disabled.
