What are the Various Usage Scenarios for Registering Singleton Services?

Following are the usage scenarios for registering Singleton services:

• Registering from Application Hook: When the Singleton Service accesses application components, it should be registered when the application starts. This can be done by registering Singleton Service from the applicationStarted() event of the application hook. When the application is stopped, the registered Singleton Service is automatically de-registered from the Service manager.
• Registering during Server startup: If the Singleton Service does not access any application components and needs to act as an independent service, it is suggested to register it from the Server startup hook.
