How do I Launch Applications Using WebStart on Unix?

To launch an application using WebStart on Unix:

1. In the shell prompt, enter export JAVAWS_HOME = <directory where you installed Java WebStart>.
2. Enter javaws. The Java WebStart Application Manager is launched.
3. Select the required application.
4. Click Start. The application is launched.
